摘  要： Survival analysis is a branch of statistics which deals with analysis of time to events, such as death in biological organisms and failure in mechanical systems. In the talk, basic concepts of survival analysis will be introduced. We will also cover Kaplan-Meier survival curves, log-rank test and the Cox proportional hazard model.
