摘要： Class field theory focusing on the abelian extensions of number fields plays a major role in the history of number theory.  Instead of dealing with the general theory which seems to be horrible, I only calculate the class field theory over Q and Qp. These examples help to illustrate the general theory. 

Prerequisite: abstract algebra.  Knowing a little about Galois Theory will be a plus.
